Refund & Return Policy
- Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility Criteria
- Return request must be made within 2 daysof delivery.
- Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same conditionas received.
- Invoice or proof of purchase is required.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at totalfreshonlinestore@gmail.comwith your order ID, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Once approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process.
- You may need to ship the item back at your own cost, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and Credited within 5–10 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider.
- If the issue persists, email us at totalfreshonlinestore@gmail.com.
- Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Shipped in error
To request an exchange, contact us within 2 days of receiving the item.
If your return is approved the product will be delivered within 5-7 days
- Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order before it is shipped by emailing us at totalfreshonlinestore@gmail.com Once the item is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
