Refund & Return Policy

  1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility Criteria

  • Return request must be made within 2 daysof delivery.
  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same conditionas received.
  • Invoice or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at totalfreshonlinestore@gmail.comwith your order ID, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Once approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process.
  3. You may need to ship the item back at your own cost, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
  4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and Credited within 5–10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider.
  3. If the issue persists, email us at totalfreshonlinestore@gmail.com.
  4. Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Shipped in error

To request an exchange, contact us within 2 days of receiving the item.
If your return is approved the product will be delivered within 5-7 days 

  1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it is shipped by emailing us at totalfreshonlinestore@gmail.com Once the item is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
